The amount of time you had my vehicle before you even look at it to determine what or if any repairs are needed is why I will not be back or recommend your dealership to my colleagues. The Durango has a loose or bad vacuum hose and you had it for over 2 weeks to find that. I have a 26 Grand Cherokee you currently have that is going on 5 weeks and has not even been looked at yet. I bet if you provided a loner car at your expense you would have fixed it by now! More

The recall part for our pick up was ordered as soon as I called SERRA after receiving the recall letter and when the part was received they had an appointment I could have taken within a couple days. I had called SERRA after receiving the recall letter and when the part was received they had an appointment I could have taken within a couple days. I had to schedule the appointment the following week , added a tire rotation, which was needed, and the repair was completed in a short period of time. We have also taken our Dodge Journey to SERRA when we needed warranty work done and have always been very satisfied. those past service calls have been handled by Tyler at SERRA. Both Keon and Tyler have been great to work with when we have been there for any service. More
