I was helped by Mitchell and even spoke with Bob as there were questions I had about the oil changes needed for my Jeep. Mitchell came to get me from the waiting area when my car was done, he explained everything that was done. It was a pleasure to work with him, he explained everything that would take place, he was very knowledgeable. It was appreciated they also rinsed my car off, nice touch!! There were issues with some of the Mopar parts being packaged wrong from Chrysler but he was able to negotiate getting the correct shock to their facility and I am now very happy with my new lift kit. Tyler should be added to the list of people to write reviews about, not sure why he has no picture considering he is the Accessory Manager. He kept me well informed as the issues were solved quickly and had me back in my wheels and on the road quite efficiently. More

My car was making a clunking noise. New brakes were installed, control arms and also strut mounts. Shuttle drive was prompt and courteous. Unfortunately after I picked car up I realized there was still a clunking noise on driver side so I called Mr. Gott and he said bring the car back. He had his manager Mr. Ayotte test drive the car with me to try and figure out if it was a safety issue. I didn't have to wait...they got the car right in. Turned out to be a tire sensor loose inside the rear wheel. My trip back to dealership started at about 4:40pm and I was out of there in no time. All of the service crew went above and beyond what they had to do. I would recommend Milosch to anyone. Thank you!! More

Stay away from the service center Stay away from the service department. Brought my 2009 Jeep Liberty in knowing that the rear differential had to be rebuilt. They refused to estimate Stay away from the service department. Brought my 2009 Jeep Liberty in knowing that the rear differential had to be rebuilt. They refused to estimate a price over the phone and told me it must be diagnosed by a technician. I agreed since my research showed that of all the complete rear differential re-build kits available, none exceeded two hundred dollars for all parts needed. Figuring in the dealership's parts markup and estimating a 3-4 hour job (any longer than that, the tech has no idea what they are doing), I agreed to the diag since that price would be applied to the total. Then I got a call telling me that the diagnosis would take about 3 hours over the hour they already supposedly spent since the tech needed to open everything up to know what really is happening. Then the best case would be $1,500. Worst cast $2,200. Goes wothout saying that I refused any service. I had to pay $152 for a diagnosis fee that basically included a road test then the "tech" listening to the rear end with a stethoscope. I would love to make money without doing anything as well. Oh, and $20 of that fee was "shop supplies". Really? Shop supplies? Today I brought the vehicle to a local specialist in Waterford. Following a free road test, the job will cost $625, take 3.5 hours start to finish and will completely rebuild the rear differential with new rings, seals, bearings, etc. Please be warned that Milosch Palace fits either one of two categories. They either knowingly attempt to gouge ignorant customers or they employ technicians that have no idea how to perform any service other than the most basic tasks. I can only imagine they were going to estimate about 10-15 hours of labor for this job. That is a sign they have no business taking on this kind of work. Again, be warned and please stay away from this shop. Also, this was the same shop that following an express oil change on the same vehicle months ago, I was leaking oil and they would not look at the car unless I dropped it off and had it diagnosed by a technician. Bringing the car to a local private shop, it was determined that they did not replace the oil plug correctly and it was leaking. It was a 30 second fix. Something they refused to even look at unless they had a tech diagnose the leak. More
