I had a fresh made breakfast sandwich prepared for me that was better than Micky D's and services were done by the time I finished. My favorite salesman ever in my purchases was Garry Sparkman, the man is truly sincere and caring about people and went the extra mile to help my wife and I get the vehicle we needed. Very clean,friendly and helpful. To everyone one there Thanks for Caring after the purchase. I will be back and highly recommend going here. Kudos to you all, More

Poor service quality The service here is not good. I've had my vehicle in for the same issue 4 times and it is still not fixed. The frustrating thing is that they know t The service here is not good. I've had my vehicle in for the same issue 4 times and it is still not fixed. The frustrating thing is that they know the part that is needed, but still schedule service for me and do not have the part. You are also frequently dropped into voicemail, which would be fine, except they do not call you back. I'm not sure about buying a vehicle here, but I would certainly not recommend taking it here for service. More

used car department is a disaster I called at 10:05 am on a Saturday, they open at 10 to verify they had a vehicle. the salesman verified they had it so I told him I'd leave right away I called at 10:05 am on a Saturday, they open at 10 to verify they had a vehicle. the salesman verified they had it so I told him I'd leave right away and that I live over 1.5 hours away. At 11:45 I get a call that they are working on a deal with someone else on that vehicle, I was less than 4 miles away. He then told me he had the "exact" same vehicle with 45,000 more miles on it and 2 years older and has a different engine? But other than that the same vehicle. So they wasted over 3 hours of my time and gas. xxx salesman and dealer in my opinion. More

A man’s word use to worth something Ok I know the rules are not to bash any local businesses but. . My 80 year old mom went to get a trade-in price on her Town and Country minivan at our local dealership. It’s a 2014 fully loaded with 35000 miles. Great condition overall. Heated seats, video system, rear air, has everything. Dealer say 17500 is what they will give her and she has FIVE days to take deal. Dealership gave her business card with the dollar amount in it. It was from trade in manager and they knew she was not buying a car just selling. Day TWO she goes back and BAM the price dropped to 16500. What kind of dealership is that. She told me story and I was sooo mad !!! (Guess a man’s word means nothing to them. ) 😡 More

I thought now was as good a time as any start looking as I was going to wait until after the holidays. The exeriancestared started off good as I was greeted by the woman behind the counter and she asked what brought me in. She went to go findthis sales person to help "Nick" and mentioned he would be right out. I waited in The lobby for 30 minutes with no sign of Nick or assistance from any other salesman sitting at the computers. I was astounded at the service and I will not be considering them for my business in the future. Not would I recomend them to family or friends. More
