Never book a service appointment from this dealer online. I did book a Mobile appointment and I got a couple of text messages that the appointment was confirmed. I even got a text early morning on the day of appointment and no one showed up. I called the dealer and they gave me all kinds of stupid reasons. Wasted my time waiting for them. I understand why people don't buy Ford vehicles. The products are good but dealers like these screw up. More
