My birthday surprise was amazing! I had the surprise of my life this week. My daughter sent me a text saying her husband’s truck was in the dealership due to a recall and there wasn’t I had the surprise of my life this week. My daughter sent me a text saying her husband’s truck was in the dealership due to a recall and there wasn’t a loaner available. So, I changed my plans as my daughter and family always come first. When I arrived at the dealership she said she wanted me to see “what happened to my son-in-law’s truck”! I asked her (jokingly), what did you do, hit a telephone poll? She took me past the offices and then into the prep area. I didn’t see my son-in-laws truck but said, Oooh, that’s pretty (looking at the ruby red Edge). She asked “do you like it?” Of course I do. She then said great, it’s yours, happy birthday! I was so stunned I didn’t know how to react except to hug her and cry and she cried too!! I’ve always known what a terrific woman my daughter is but this was still so amazing. Our salesman, Mike Kopp, was so helpful and attentive as my hands shook to sign the paperwork. I would highly recommend the dealer and Mike again 100% to everyone. My appreciation to Mike and the whole staff there as everyone was so kind. Thanks Mike!! More
