Inexperienced buyer floored by purchase process I originally came in looking to buy a used car, probably a 2012 or 2013. I did not end up looking at a single used car. Anastasia was quick to point me in the direction of a deal that seemed much too good to be true, then proceeded to show me that this deal was better than true, it was going to be easy. From start to finish, my experience was nothing short of excellent, and despite my serious lack of experience in this situation, or anything even close, I never felt at all like I was being taken advantage of. I felt a real transparency in the whole process, evidenced by the fact that I still have the window sticker she printed off for me on day 1, and the quote she gave me is exactly what comes on the bill every month. I came in out of necessity as my piece of junk car was on it's last legs. At the same time I was getting over a bad cold, wearing a baggy hoodie, with shaggy hair and an unkempt beard, I can guarantee I looked nothing like a big sale to Anastasia, but she judged not this book by it's cover, and I was treated with a level of respect that I probably did not deserve. I'm glad it could result in a successful interaction for both of us. She obviously has an eye for this, because the first car I test drove was the one I'm driving today, I didn't even want to change the color. I can't stress enough that every aspect of my interaction with Anastasia, and everyone else at Huntington Ford was great, and I fully intend on going back when my lease is up. More
