My first service I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I expected my fluids checked and topped off, didn’t happen and neither did the tire rotation! Second service again requested a tire rotati rotation. I expected my fluids checked and topped off, didn’t happen and neither did the tire rotation! Second service again requested a tire rotation & recall service. I get a call hour later stating they looked in my glove box & center console for wheel lock & never found it. So they said they could cut it off and replace. I need my tires rotated because fronts are bald back are brand new! So I agreed. I get charged around $100. I get my vehicle back I open the spare tire compartment and the wheel lock is right there in plain site! Not only was I charged for this now I don’t have wheel locks. Ridiculous! More

Nick Dyer, my sales associate listened very carefully to what my goals were in obtaining a new lease. He was able to locate a vehicle that met my needs and also utilized the rebates that I had available to what my goals were in obtaining a new lease. He was able to locate a vehicle that met my needs and also utilized the rebates that I had available to me. The experience in picking up the new vehicle was very timely and Nick reviewed all aspects of the vehicle as the model was new for me. I initially came in for routine service for my current vehicle, but was able to explore my options for early lease turn in, I would recommend Nick and Serra Ford. More

Had to come back and write a second review for Matt Weir that was exceptional through my whole service experience. The dealership I previously went to give me the runaround and from the beginning, Matt took that was exceptional through my whole service experience. The dealership I previously went to give me the runaround and from the beginning, Matt took care of us in every way with excellent communication, leaving me detailed voicemails daily! I didn’t even have to call for updates! and also got my service Work done quickly and efficiently!!so from now on I’m bringing my vehicle to Serra Ford and will always recommend Matt Weir to anyone I hear needs service at Serra Ford!
