full inspection and fix any problems, we were moving across the country so wanted to make sure everything was safe and in top shape. After about $2,000 of repairs and inspections, we were told we were good to go. Fast forward two months and we brought our van into another dealership to have the sliding doors fixed (something Brighton Honda said they couldnt fix, but whatever) and we just got a call back from the dealership saying that the door is the least of our problems, our engine is in serious danger of falling out. For some time we have noticed that the car lurches when we go from park to reverse, and this problem goes back before Brighton "fixed" our van. Turns out the engine mounts are all broken and "the engine is barely hanging on". Now I am not upset because they said they fixed something they didnt, but I am upset that my missed something so incredibly obvious in their "inspection" of the vehicle and put my family at risk, we have driven too and from Iowa and the Brighton area several times since this, and it scares me to think of what could have happened.
In summary, they are negligent to the point of putting peoples safety in jeopardy.
