The same day I drove to the dealership in my old car and was cordially met by salesman Darryl, who diligently took care of most of the aspects of my visit. The test drive went great and Darryl took care of most of the details until I was sent in to meet a salesmanager named Tony who sold me a certified pre-owned warranty. This made me rather nervous because it would add an extra 3K to the price.
