Dealership was clean, friendly, and well lit inside. Normally, it feels like walking into a hospital at most dealerships for me, but Honda Serra had good vibes to it. Working with Phillip was great and Normally, it feels like walking into a hospital at most dealerships for me, but Honda Serra had good vibes to it. Working with Phillip was great and he gave me a great deal on my Honda Accord. The only bad experience I had was the car was dead when going to test drive, but that was some other idiots fault who left the headlights on. Phillip quickly jumped the battery for me and even replaced it with a brand new one before I left. He also gave me and my wife free glizzys while we waited for the finance paperwork to finish. More
