My appt was Monday 1:30 PM. The vehicle was towed in for $249 out of pocket plus Allstate Roadside used 3 x total (2 jumps @ my home. No loaner vehicle available for Tuesday VA Hospital early AM (07:00AM). My car sat 4 days without being checked. No loaner or rental approved for )40.00 per day last minute rental. Lyft & Uber for Leeds area is not reliable for timely travel!!! Very little coverage of this area. The car needed a new factory battery. It has 20, 149 miles purchase through Echo park 2/24/2025 with 19,600 miles! No communication to me unless I called! Too long for service… More

The customer service is not on par. The nicest person we dealt with was the lady who followed up after service was not performed due to not being able to duplicate the issue. Sold me a car that they new had problems and didn't even tell me about .. the trunk want open.. hasn't since I got the car.. tried to take it back up to dealership to try to get them to fix it the week afte tell me about .. the trunk want open.. hasn't since I got the car.. tried to take it back up to dealership to try to get them to fix it the week after I got it.. would not fix it, even I'm paying for a car twice of what it's even worth.
