I purchased a $35,000 vehicle without a factory key. After looking at YouTube and realizing that I in fact need a factory key for any issues with the vehicle and or the battery. I contacted the salesman and asked if I could get a factory key and was eventually told NO because, it's a different brand of car than the Nissan dealership where I bought the vehicle from. There's a sister or brother store right down the street not even a mile that's in the Serra family which is the brand of vehicle that I purchased. More

The service department itself was fine. The workers in the front such as Amanda and another female worker who works the front are extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t send a review for my encounter with them a few days prior so this review will be for both. On Friday December 26 I went for a routine oil change. When I pulled up totje garage, it took a while for them to acknowledge me. I saw two individuals sitting at the desk scrolling on their phones. I continued to inch up until someone finally looked up. Moving forward, I was picked up as I didn’t want to wait at the dealership. After sitting inside for approximately 8 minutes or so I noticed the woman who I encountered at the desk left my car door open. When I confronted her about this as the light being on could drain my battery she stated, oh that’s I habit I have I’ll close it. They had my car for approximately 4 hours or so. When I made the choice to go check on the status of my vehicle, the female worker at that time working in the front told me “well I tried to call you”. She was minting my phone went directly to voicemail despite me showing her I had no missed calls and have never had an issue in the past with being contacted. She dismissed my inquiry and told me my paperwork was in the office. Moving to the following Monday, I went back due to an unfortunate blow out. I encountered Amanda this time. She stated they’d place an order for my tire and it should be there the next morning and she would be contacting me. More than 24 hours passed and no one from Nissan reached out. It took my mother and I going back up to the dealership only to find out by a worker in the service department that the tire had been there since that morning and we were supposed to have received a phone call. Once again, Amanda acted as if this was not her problem even though she guaranteed a call back. Luckily we encountered the manager, Mr. Courtney and he apologized for the lack of communication. Since the staff has changed at the service department, the quality of customer service has truly declined. While I appreciate Mr. Courtney and him being so proactive, the women who work in the front have the worst attitudes and should not be in customer service. More
