Two days after taking possession of my car the engine light came on. Ms. Amanda said it had been checked and the light was out. Returned with same problem engine light on. The engine light would be no pr light came on. Ms. Amanda said it had been checked and the light was out. Returned with same problem engine light on. The engine light would be no problem. She had no loaner at the time. Left me with the understanding that she would call me in a day or so, l would leave the car to be worked on and take a loaner. After a week in a a half no call. I returned to the dealership. She denied telling me she would give me a loaner while my car being serviced. Fine about the loaner but when she now said they don’t work on BMW but they sale them. It’s up to me to find a dealership that will work on it. I said even though I have a warranty. She did not honor anything in the warranty. The car had started knocking on the way there. Not their problem. So much more happened. More
