Stop in to get a oil change everything was fine the only thing was when the job was done I was told my car was ready but didn’t say where my car was located. So I had to go back inside to ask the young lady thing was when the job was done I was told my car was ready but didn’t say where my car was located. The work I had done to my car was done well. My problems were fixed. My only issue was the amount of time taken. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. I was told it would take just a couple of hours My problems were fixed. My only issue was the amount of time taken. I had an appointment for 8:30 AM. I was told it would take just a couple of hours. It ended up taking 7 hours. I didn’t get to pick up my car until 3:30. I had tried calling the service department twice earlier in the day to get an update on my vehicle but all I was told was they would get the message to someone to call me back and I never heard back. The people treated my nicely in person and did great work but the time management was not good More
