You brought your vehicle in, we diagnosed the issues that you brought to us, and found that it needed a new transmission. We escalated a claim with the warranty company to approve a new transmission. The transmission was delivered and replaced in a timely manner. You picked up your car and stated the air did not work. We did not check the air, we checked the transmission like you asked and those two have no correlation. The service manager personally took your car to diagnose the air conditioner and let you know that it needed a compressor. The warranty that you have does not cover the compressor. Everyone was as efficient as possible to make sure you were taken care of. You had everything except Terrible service.
