Serra Nissan - Service Center

I took it in because of an oil change, tire rotation and because the sensor that tells you if a car is in front of you isn’t working They did the oils change and rotation but the sensor was not fixed. I waited over two hours for an oil change. Others came in after me and left before me. When I asked as to why I was ignored.
