I have used the service department at Serra Nissan exclusively for this car. I have had wonderful experience every time the car has needed servicing. Taking a car to a dealership to get servicing is usually not a task that people look forward to doing, but Kali (service writer) somehow makes it into an enjoyable experience. I have ask her many questions concerning this car and she usually can answer the question before I can describe the problem fully. From calling and making the appointment, to bringing the car in for servicing, words can not describe her knowledge and willingness to help the customer feel that they are appreciated as a customer. More
