High energy I drove 65 miles one way because I wanted a professional trained technicaion to repair my beetle. No service I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. I called back about 2pm since I had not received a call from them and was tol I made an appoint to bring my car in at 8am for a problem I was having. Last week, while washing the car, a 1" section of paint just sprayed right off on the kick panel below the passenger door. I made an appointment to have it looked at, so I took the day off from work to go to this appointment. When I got there, I was told only the service manager could do the "adhesion test" and he was in a meeting. Bear in mind, I told them the reason for the appointment when I requested it. I waited for two and a half hours before giving up and going home. Ridiculous. More
