Lack communication and leadership. I spent two hours waiting for my car to get service only to find out the person who do the service wasn’t at work. I informed them what I needed when they set my appointment. So why would you schedule me for a day the guy isn’t working. The only reason I was informed because I went to check on the status. So when I did speak to the manager I informed him that I drove 2 hours for my appointment and waited 2 hours just to be told that they couldn’t do it. The manager looked as if he was lost at no time did he apologize or try to compensate me for my time. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car serviced period. More
