Do Not purchase a used vehicle from this dealership. On 4/7/26 I purchased a motorcycle from this dealership. I paid cash for the vehicle. As of 5/12/26 I still do not have my title. I have contacted the dealership 13 times and text daily on the status. I have spoken with title clerks, managers and the GM with no luck. The local Alabama DMV states there is still a lien on the vehicle. No one calls me back. I have file a grievance with the Attorney Generals office, the BBB and channel 6 news. Again, be leery of doing business with this organization. They are terrible on communicating, give no real explanation on why I don’t have my title. More
