Very pleased with my service visit at SerraToyota. My advisor was professional and knowledgeable. He greeted me courteously, explained the work scheduled for this service interval and asked if I had ques advisor was professional and knowledgeable. Confussion with who was service advisor when I arrived. After a over an hour waiting, young man named Josh came and told me what had happened. He was very nice & apologized for the mix up.
