As always, Brian Milan took good care of me, getting me in and out replacing a tire that could not be repaired. Did not have an appointment and was able to get car back to my son so he could still get to w in and out replacing a tire that could not be repaired. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Rava 4 on 1/24/2020. On 1/25/2020, the check light came on. Immediately, I contacted the sales consultant and told him that I was dissatisfied with the purchase and that the 1/25/2020, the check light came on. Immediately, I contacted the sales consultant and told him that I was dissatisfied with the purchase and that the check engine light shouldn't be coming on a brand new vehicle that had zero miles. I left the vehicle to be serviced at the dealership on 1/25/2020. On 1/27/2020, I picked up the vehicle; however, on 1/28/2020, the check engine light came on again. I contacted the sales consultant to advise of this issue and that I wanted a replacement. He agreed and it was replaced with another 2020 Toyota Rav 4. On 8/22/2020, the replacement vehicle wouldn't start. I had the vehicle towed via Toyota Care's third party vendor, which was an all day ordeal to get Toyota Care to coordinate the service request. Customer service was unacceptable and they weren't prompt. They entered my address incorrectly in their system, which made it impossible for the tow company to locate my home, which further delayed the tow company picking up my vehicle. The replacement Rav 4 was serviced and returned to me on 8/25/2020. On 12/9/2020, the replacement car wouldn't start again. I told the sales consultant that I wanted another replacement car since something was wrong with this model. Apparently none of the vehicles are up to standard since I continue to have issues. I was advised that there was a system update taking place on the vehicle that was draining the battery and the dealership was aware of this issue; however, I was never contacted to bring the vehicle in for this update, which could've prevented me being stranded. I called Toyota Care to schedule a towing service. After waiting 2.5 hours, the tow company hadn't showed up. I reached out to them and was advised that the driver turned around because he wasn't feeling well. At no point, did Toyota Care follow up and advise nor did they reschedule my tow. Therefore, I called Toyota Care and asked them to send another tow truck. I was advised that they would be at my home around 4 pm. The tow truck company called at 4:01 pm and advised that they wouldn't make it to my home until 4:30 pm, which was an inconvenience since Serra Toyota's service department closed at 6 pm. This has been the worse car buying and customer service experience ever. At this point, I will never purchase a Toyota again due to xxxx poor service from Serra Toyota and Toyota Care! It is unacceptable to treat your customers this way. These vehicles do not appear to be operating at a quality standard and I don't feel as if this company has worked to remedy my issue. It is an inconvenience for me to continuously have to take off from my job and drive 51 miles to this dealership, only to be inconvenienced by the vehicle breaking down a few days or months later. Selling quality products should be your top priority and making sure that your customers are having a pleasurable experience; however, this doesn't seem to be the case with this company. More
