My sales rep was Mike Mahan, let’s just say MIRACLE MIKE at this point! Mike worked some type of magic for me to get everything i didn’t know i wanted, even set up ApplePlay in my car which was so cool! I w at this point! I wasn’t even planning to trade in my car but i saw how professional and concise he was with another customer that i came back literally 48hours later and completed my own trade. Mike is truly and model employee and the Serra family should be very proud to have him on the team! Mike had my paperwork and the car ready at the door before i even arrived, he made it fast, fair, easy and hassle free. Mike didn’t make me feel like this was a business transaction, he truly had my best interest at heart and I wouldn’t want to purchase from anyone else unless it’s Mike Mahan @ Serra! This is my first Toyota, I swore by Nissan but this is exactly what happens when you receive superior service! 10’s across the board from Mike Mahan & Brett Hickman in finance. Great-great people you all have! I hope this feedback reaches Mr. Serra because I know he expects the best from his team and they delivered beyond that in my eyes. More
