Per Larry Lawson's reply, contact him immediately to discuss the matter, LIE, LIE and LIE. I left a voicemail and sent email to hear their side, NO REPLY. Based on what I have experienced with this dealership, their response to feedback is just a show. After accepting my offer, Serra rep started processing documents and we put in refundable deposit to keep the vehicle. I have to request for the final quote with taxes and doc fees before heading there since we are from out of state. First thing I noticed, they added a mandatory accessories (per manager) worth $499 that does not apply to my state. The worst part was the additional "freight charges" of $1,490 on the top of $1,120 delivery & handling fee. They stated that ALL their customers pay this costs and does not have an issue. Please, please, please review your paperwork before heading to a dealership especially if traveling few hundred miles to purchase a vehicle. Lesson learned, you CANNOT trust what people tell you these days, they make everything sounds good just to get you there and probably start throwing extra outside normal fees. We cannot afford that additional charges so we end up not buying vehicle. More

I had done some online previews of the 4Runner, and my sales representative filled me in on the various options a Very easy trip to buy a new vehicle. I had done some online previews of the 4Runner, and my sales representative filled me in on the various options available and explained the differences in detail, even as far as the next vehicles up and down the Toyota line of SUVs. Once I selected what I wanted, the rest of the purchase went very smoothly. Coach Paulin walked me through the dealership and introduced me to the service staff, showed me the service waiting area and fed me lunch while I waited for the finance officer. Brett Hickman was thorough and rapidly closed our deal, which I definitely appreciated. Overall, it was a good car buying experience. More
