Bad Sales Event Customer Service Please do not send me anymore email about this because you all do not help at all. I went down there at each event and it has been a waste of time. First with Guy Taylor then the second time with David VanDusen. Both times I explained my entire situation to them about me being upside down on my car loan and they both said they could help. The second time was my fault because I should have known not to waste my time at Serra Toyota ever again. I have been a long time customer and because of the recent events, I won't be back. They should not have ran my credit repeatedly without even letting me know my credit score or going over any options with me. Just coming out and requesting a down payment was very unethical and appalling. I won't be back because I expected to be treated better. Guy didn't even call me back to explain anything to me. David was just uncaring and like whatever. Just because I didn't qualify to you didn't mean that you should treat someone that way. You should be helpful no matter what. More

My entire purchase was completed over the phone, by text and emails. I can not express just how helpful Eric Fitzpatrick was as a salesman. I told him what I was interested in, my budget, financing, interest in the lifetime drivetrain warranty at Serra, my trade in, and what was needed in order to get the purchase done that day and he made it all happen. First contact with Eric was made around 10am that morning, by 6pm the vehicle was delivered to my home which is approximately 90 miles from your dealership.
