He isn’t a con man, he understands, and it shows that if you treat people right when it comes to this they will send people to you. I have never owned a Toyota but yet I feel like this is the first time that I have ever been sold a car and it was a great financial investment. I didn’t question anything after I left the lot. Exceptional Customer Service I stopped at Serra Toyota to get my car serviced for the 15K because I just happened to be out that way. Hunter was my serviceman. He told me that I h I stopped at Serra Toyota to get my car serviced for the 15K because I just happened to be out that way. Hunter was my serviceman. He told me that I had a nail in my tire and how much it would cost to be fixed. I didn't have any money with me at all so I'd need to go all the way back home to get my purse. Hunter said he didn't want me driving on the tire like that and since they already had it on the lift he'd tell them to go ahead and fix the tire. He told me to bring the money back the next time I was out that way. This was my first time going to Serra Toyota so this man didn't know me at all. He didn't know if I'd come back. Well of course I went back to pay them for fixing the tire. And because of Hunter's exceptional customer service, I'll be going back from now on. More
