Excellent staff Matt Davidson and Guy !! I only intended to do window shopping from one car dealer to another that day. Guy is the first staff who greeted us i think his new ,nice fellow sweet ,he introduced us to Matt Davidson. After buying 4 vehicles over the last 13 years .. My loyalty to Serra Toyota is without question. We have loved their sales and service and they have always been good to us. This time around was no ex My loyalty to Serra Toyota is without question. We have loved their sales and service and they have always been good to us. This time around was no exception. I was especially impressed with sales trainee Terrance Harris who introduced himself to me while I was waiting for a rental car after a falling tree totaled my Tacoma. He had no way of knowing my plan to buy a new truck, yet initiated a wonderful conversation and impressed me so much that I insisted he be in on the deal. Every one else was great and I know the deal was okay cause after all it is a Toyota. The only reason this was not a five star experience: All I asked for was a good deal. No extras. No give me’s. I bought the bed mat and I am prepared to pay for body side molding when it is available for the 2019 Tacoma. However, when I realized I did not ask for the rubber mats which I need because of the work do, I was informed I would have to pay “employee cost” for them: $160. The truck was approximately $38,000 including all the “dealer prep” and other added fees. Now as a returning customer who has purchased now 4 vehicles, I just have to ask: wasn’t the fifth star worth $160? More

Teamwork My first visit was in August, went with the intentions of getting a Highlander, but things didn’t go as planned so didn’t complete the deal. Beh Doli My first visit was in August, went with the intentions of getting a Highlander, but things didn’t go as planned so didn’t complete the deal. Beh Doli checked on me during the following week to see if he could win my business and I again said no. Months passed and once again I got a call from Beh asking what he could do to win my business, told him that I could come up the following day to look at a vehicle. Beh was scheduled to go out of time the same day I was scheduled to come up so he gave me a warm hand off to his trusted friend and coworker Ahmadou. These guys and the rest of the staff put in a lot of time with me. At times when i wanted to give up they continued to work on my behalf to get me out of a vehicle that I had been trying to get of and a vehicle that I was extremely upside in. They are truly dedicated to the work that they do. I would recommend them to any one. If it can be done they will get it done. Thanks Beh and Ahmadou. Thanks to the GM making calls on my behalf to.
