Always professional and making sure everything is taken care of before I leave the lot. Serra's service department has spoiled us. Other dealer service departments may try to sell you unnecessary service or charge exorbitant rates or treat you like a number, but not Serra. I have Other dealer service departments may try to sell you unnecessary service or charge exorbitant rates or treat you like a number, but not Serra. I have experienced 5-star service from Serra since 2006. We moved 250 miles away in 2017. Tried 2 service departments in Mobile and Baldwin counties. It is worth the drive to return to Serra. I even drive my Mobile AL-purchased 2018 Prius up to Serra. Matt Patterson and Dennis Woods are excellent. More

Maintenance for my Vehicle, 120,000 miles check up I realize that as your vehicle gets older there are different things that must be done to keep it running smoothly. However, when I looked the pric I realize that as your vehicle gets older there are different things that must be done to keep it running smoothly. However, when I looked the prices to put in Brake fluid and the other fluid besides the Steering Wheel fluid to put in my car it was ridiculous. The cost was over $830.00. I couldn’t believe it cost that much for fluids. It’s a shame to have to pay that much for a 120,000 miss check up when I already take very good care of my vehicle. I made sure to get everything done as soon as possible, But since I couldn’t get all done when I came in on Thursday I decided to do over half. But I still paid over $300.00. I know Josh did his best for me and I’m very grateful. Matt in the Service always makes sure I have the right person assign to me for my vehicle since he is no longer my car Specialist. I thank God that he is always there for me when I call and He listens to my issues about my vehicle and then aids me in the solution. I like that about him. He doesn’t kick you to the side or pass you off to someone else just because he’s move to a supervisor position that’s why I would recommend my family and friends to come there even if it’s high on the Service and the labor cost as much as the parts or more. But the quality of service and honest makes it worth while. I also want to say that Joseoh Jenkins is a wonderful car agent. He sold me my Toyota Camry SE and I am proud of it. It has and is a blessing too me. He is very professional, courteous, honest and efficient car salesman. He goes out of his way to ensure you receive the best deal on a great car that’s why I tell my friends, family and anyone looking for a used or new vehicle to contact Mr. Joseph Jenkins he will take excellent care of You and won’t give you the run around. Next, let’s see if we can’t work on a special deal for the 120,000 mile check up and for the rest of mines when I come in next month. Thanks for taking care of me Josh Woods. More
