Trying too hard to shake off old image! Called to get my airbag replaced, when I arrived was greeted by several employees who wanted to know who I talked to to get my appointment. (Big red flag number 1, Screams we all work on commission!) When I went inside to have my work written up I noticed that the hood of my car was up. I walked out to my car the service guys were "testing" my battery. I DID NOT ask for this service. Also they had machines on all 4 of my tires checking my alignment, again I DID NOT ask for this service. My Toyota has lasted 15 years WITHOUT Serra touching it so I feel sure it will last another 15! Totally a waste of time when my car could have been in the back getting worked on. While waiting on my car to be worked on, I wanted to look a new Toyota. I was helped by Morgan, really nice guy, but seems really covered up with customers. Morgan got me the keys to drive the car I was interested in, when I came back I asked him what fees are added onto the price of the car. Now get this, a $699.00 Toyo Guard for 2 oil changes , some fabric spray and roadside assistance. A $699.00 fee for SET, which stands for Southeast Toyota, WTH? And last a DOC fee of $699.00. So $2097.00 of fees just so I can buy a car from Serra. No thanks. Who in the internet age would fall for this? Looked online found Earl Stewart Toyota in Florida, Their price is spelled out line by line with NO dealers fee. Seems snappy uniforms and a fresh coat of paint cannot hide the fact Serra is still Serra! More

We were due to to pick up the vehicle this evening and they were suppose to be detailing the vehicle for us. We received a phone call today that the dealership sold the car last night. We had been warned about this dealership by multiple people in the car business, customers and financing industry . I would think that it would be in Toyota’s best interest to investigate this delearship. More
