Frustrating Experience Toyota Review When I first test drove the Toyota Sienna, the battery was dead, there were scratches in the back left corner of the vehicle, and the Toyota Review When I first test drove the Toyota Sienna, the battery was dead, there were scratches in the back left corner of the vehicle, and there was a warning light on in the vehicle. After they agreed to fix these issues, I was misled by the salesman to believe that I had a deal in place for $26,300 our the door. This conversation took place over the phone on a Friday night. We even discussed the possibility of getting to $25000 with a trade in. When I came in on Monday, they handed me a paper that said $28,900 ($2500 more than what I was told over the phone!) They claimed that they had to include $1500 to fix the scratches and replace the battery, even though I was told that $26,300 was the out the door price. I wasted two trips to CenterPoint and several conversations trying to negotiate with Serra Toyota. I would not recommend anyone buy a car from the dealership. You’ll leave frustrated and very disappointed! More
