Since work had to be done on the car, I was unable to drive it home the night of purchase. Allen kept me abreast of the work being done on the car and even sent me pictures throughout the process. He seemed to really want to make my first-time buyer's experience a very pleasant one and that kind of service made all the difference between dealerships. More
