FJ Cruiser purchase I had a good experience here. They had my vehicle available when I arrived and was able to test drive it immediately. Negotiations were relatively sho I had a good experience here. They had my vehicle available when I arrived and was able to test drive it immediately. Negotiations were relatively short and feel I paid a fair price for my truck. Detailing took a while but it was worth the wait. Would buy from them again. More

Chris Ziadie is the man to see Chris Ziadie is the best auto salesman I have ever met. He is polite, funny, and informed. I had a little trouble coming up with the money to buy my Chris Ziadie is the best auto salesman I have ever met. He is polite, funny, and informed. I had a little trouble coming up with the money to buy my 2016 Tundra, which was not his fault, but he was patient with me and had good ideas as to what I might be able to do. As it turned out, I got my finances straight and was able to get my truck, but had to wait about 10 days during which Chris held it and was quite patient. I live about 80 miles away from the dealership and he offered to deliver my Tundra to my house. I didn't take him up on that offer because I wanted to meet him in person, because up to that point, all our interaction was by email, phone, or text messages. I highly recommend seeing Chris Ziadie at Serra Toyota when you buy your first or next Toyota. More

Misleading I would not buy from this dealership again. The salesman was very pushy and was not happy trying to negotiate a better price for me.
