After talking to several more dealers. I felt Shawn was on my level. I told him I was looking for a used Tacoma. He said they had several to choose from come on by! My daughter and I went there ! We met with Shawn, I told him my budget and what I was willing to pay a month and he got to work! I found a truck I liked. After a little back and forth. A payment and price that worked for me. I can honesty say! I've been buying vehicles from dealerships for years and Shawn and the other employees put the fun back into buying a vehicle! Well done! More

Brandon "Beans" Lee took care of me I have driven the same truck (Toyota Tundra) for ten years. This was the only truck I've ever owned. I contacted Brandon (Via Shared facebook posts an I have driven the same truck (Toyota Tundra) for ten years. This was the only truck I've ever owned. I contacted Brandon (Via Shared facebook posts and videos) and told him I may be interested, however, I feared my credit due to a recent divorce and losing my house over it. Brandon very professionally sat down with me, after answering all of my many questions throughout the day through text messages and phone calls, and did exactly as he promised. after doing my research on the Serra Toyota website, I showed him the two I wanted to look at possibly getting in. After walking straight in and not being haggled by salesmen (A very friendly and welcoming staff), Brandon got to work to put me in my "Dream Car". I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I was looking to pay $450-$500 and Brandon went above and beyond to do all he could and I drove off with my 2013 Toyota Tundra (one of the two I had my eye on since the process started)!!!!!!!! Brandons name was called over the intercom atleast 15 times in the last 45 minutes of my process, he walked away for a few minutes while I was finishing the finance process with the kind finance lady. During that time, I understand he finished up another car deal and got back to me with no time in between the two transactions. This guy is professional, on point and very quick to jump into helping anyone. I have his business cards and I pass them out to everyone and thanks to Brandon and his great attitude, knowledge and kindness I sent anyone and everyone I know thinking about a car to him. So thank you Serra Toyota and Brandon "Beans" Lee you guys are awesome!!! TOYOTA STRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Fantastic Experience! I purchased a car from Serra Toyota just yesterday. The salesperson, Ron, had been in contact with me for two days answering any questions I had and I purchased a car from Serra Toyota just yesterday. The salesperson, Ron, had been in contact with me for two days answering any questions I had and working around my schedule. He was completely open, honest and non-pushy about getting me on the lot and into the car for a test drive. When I got to the dealership, he met me in a golf cart, drove me straight to the car I was interested in and handed me the key. He didn't push, didn't try to sell me on a bigger, better car and trusted the car to speak for itself. He knew I had already done my research and that if I wanted to buy, I would. He let me and my husband test drive the car and speak private. Once we decided to purchase, he worked with me to get the best price and within an hour of getting on the lot, I was trading in my old car and signing papers on my new one! Not only did Ron make sure I was treated with respect, he had the car cleaned and got me a full tank of gas. I can honestly say this was THE best car buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased four cars now and by far, this was the easiest, quickest and most relaxed experience. I was fully prepared to have my stomach in my throat while signing the financial paperwork, but no! The finance manager made me feel so relaxed and comfortable! She even found me a better rate on additional coverage at the last minute. It was worth the drive to Center Point to purchase my car. There are other, closer dealerships to me but they don't offer the same kind of relaxed atmosphere that you find at Serra Toyota and they most certainly don't have Ron! Be sure to ask for Ron when you visit. He will take excellent care of you! More
