Life long Toyota Fan finds the Crown Jewel of Dealerships To all prospective Toyota purchasers, I am a Life long (adult life) Toyota fan. Me & my wife of 25 years have purchased 8 new Toyota's and 4 used To all prospective Toyota purchasers, I am a Life long (adult life) Toyota fan. Me & my wife of 25 years have purchased 8 new Toyota's and 4 used Toyota's since we were married and never once having an issue with any of them. Like all those just starting out we bought what we could afford and when the time came traded up at the dealership for a newer and better model. Being in the military (25 years) I have purchased my Toyota's in 3 different states and 1 vehicle in Germany (new) and have to say my Serra Toyota experience has been the best yet. I drove 4 hours to the dealership bypassing the 2 Toyota dealers in town and all those on the way because they could not match the deals Serra had advertised on the internet. Once I arrived I was greeted at the door by a friendly no hassle salesman who asked if I had an appointment or was needing assistance. In my case I had called a day prior and had set up an appointment with a sales person named Quinton. I was introduced to Quinton and away we went. Quinton was energetic, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all friendly and outgoing. I have had previous experiences with salesmen and women and realize they work off of commission in this instance at no time was I ever made to feel as though I was obligated to purchase anything, Quinton made me and my wife feel as though he was there just to allow us the experience of perusing a new model Toyota and to answer any questions we had. Once we had selected the vehicle we were ready to purchase we named our price and did some friendly negotiating. At no time did I ever feel as though I was pressured to purchase anything and I greatly appreciate that. I would like to say thank you to the whole sales team. Would I travel 4 hours to buy a Toyota from Serra again? Yes without a doubt. More

Serra Toyota helped us to obtain a nice ,dependabl Purchased a used vehicle over a year ago at Serra Toyota, credit was very poor and We needed a car. Serra Toyota helped us to obtain a nice ,dependable car. Was informed that it would benefit our credit rating and later secure a new car if we wanted. After paying our used car for just a little over a year, we went back to Serra Toyota and They reviewed our loan status, along with our paying History and was told that we could purchase a new car now with no down payment and really low interest fees. We are saving thousands of dollars by trading our used car and paying high interest rate, down to 1.9% interest rate. WOW. Chris was very attentive and listen to my choices and took time explaining new features of our New Car. Serra staff was very friendly, helpful and Knowledgeable. More
