Once he was able to answer my questions over the phone, I agreed to meet him at the dealership to finalize deal.  Upon arrival, I was greeted by VanDerrik in a very professional manner. He had the vehicle waiting up front for me to test drive immediately. He had all of the paperwork ready when I returned from test driving the car. My overall wait time from beginning to end was around 2 hours on a busy night. Overall, my expectations with VanDerrik and Mrs. Crowe (Finance Mgr.) were exceeded.
