I purchased a new Camry In June 2012 after leasing one for 4 years. I was mailed a rebate coupon for $500 if I purchased a new car and financed it with Southeast Toyota Finance. I gave this rebate coupo for 4 years. I was mailed a rebate coupon for $500 if I purchased a new car and financed it with Southeast Toyota Finance. I gave this rebate coupon to my saleman Sydney Mashburn and he passed it on to the Finance person that did the paper work. I don't know what happened but someone dropped the ball and didn't get the information needed to the finance company. The rebate coupon stated that I would receive the $500 within 60 days. I meet a very special lady at your dealership, name Meghan Barnes and ask her if she could help me find out about my rebate. She kept asking questions to find out what Southeast Finance company needed to correct the over site of my rebate. I was contacted several times by Meghan to keep me informed on what she was sending to them to get my rebate check. I received my rebate check last week, after 4 months, and without Meghan's help, it would have never been sent to me. What a great customer interface you have with her. I called and thanked her for all the time she invested in correcting the oversite. I really appreciated how she stay focus on getting my rebate for me. Meghan wanted me to be happy with all phases of Serra Toyota. What a great job she is doing for your company. You better keep her at all cost! I would rate her a 5 on a 1-5 scale with 5 being the highest. Please let Meghan know how much I appreciate all she did for me. Thanks, Ross Wilson More

As a customer with very little experience buying a new car I was just blown away by how friendly, helpful, and understanding both these guys were! They tried to make everything as transparent as possible, car I was just blown away by how friendly, helpful, and understanding both these guys were! They tried to make everything as transparent as possible, were not in the least bit phased by me constant questioning and "what if's" , and in the end were able to give me exactly what I wanted in terms of the vehicle AND (more importantly!) the finance package! What a refreshing difference to deal with such honest and accommodating people. Despite the fact they were extremely busy (always a good sign of a good dealership) they both took the time to remain courteous and keep me informed of what was happening every step of the way. They even tried to help to get into a better vehicle than I originally wanted at the same price, but were just as devastated as I was that they couldn't and in the end recommended I take the lower price vehicle to stay within my budget - how great is that! My experience buying my first car pre-owned from Serra was a joy and a delight and encouraged me to come back when it was time to switch to a new car, and I will definitely be back when it is time to change again!
