I dealt with Becca Glass through text messaging, phone and in person. dealing with her was the best i have ever experienced when dealing with a sales person. i told her what i was looking for. she sent me links to a couple cars on the lot. they werent what i was looking for so she later on sent me info on anohther car. i said ill come up when it comes in and look at it. she then sent me info on two other cars and one sounded like what i wanted. i put a deposit down to get it rerouted to serra toyota. she let me know the car was in, i drove up and met with her on a satruday. she was all smiles when she greeted me. she said she had the car parked on the side. when i walked out the door and saw the car, even though it had a sold sign hang tag i said "is this it" she said "that's it" the color is magniffient. she handed me the keys, i looked it over and told her lets do some paper work. i dont know who was more excited about the car, me or her. we then started all the work. Becca was great, she treated me like a friend and not just a customer. You could carry on a casual conversation with her. even though we were doing business she conversed and didnt overly force the business like other sales people do. during the the whole time i talked with Becca she not one time tried to force me to buy something i did not want. i give her a ten out of ten and a five star rating.
