Michael Shinkle at Serra Toyota was our salesman and he went above and beyond to make our 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited purchase simple & smooth. After 2 Toyota salesmen in MS told us no, you can’t get th went above and beyond to make our 2022 Toyota Highlander Limited purchase simple & smooth. After 2 Toyota salesmen in MS told us no, you can’t get that or that’s too hard to find, Michael found it! Michael never said no, he either had the answer immediately or he found out the answer to our questions almost as fast! Michael provided us with timely updates to the arrival of our new Highlander, under-promised & over-delivered! When we arrived at Serra Toyota, our new Highlander was ready to drive home, detailed inside & out with a full tank of gas. Michael was friendly, courteous and thoroughly knowledgeable about the vehicle and purchase. We will drive 252 miles one-way to purchase another Toyota from Michael Shinkle at Serra Toyota, Birmingham, AL! More
