Really poor job by Serra recently when we brought our car in for service. Dealer did not have our back after servicing cars there for over 10+ years. We have spent $5k in service costs over these years, in for service. Dealer did not have our back after servicing cars there for over 10+ years. We have spent $5k in service costs over these years, at minimum, and it was like we were nothing. I will not be going back there again. We had a disagreement on a towing charge and they not only were jerks about it but they did not follow up like they were supposed to or go to bat for us in anyway. It is a trash service department after Matt left. Plus, it is in a crappy, inconvenient and dangerous area . Do not take your car there, you can do so much better. More

Beh Doli was my salesperson and highly recommended from a reliable source that only does business with Serra Toyota. I dealt with Limbaugh and Bill Penney Toyota dealerships to talk to a salesperson and neve reliable source that only does business with Serra Toyota. I dealt with Limbaugh and Bill Penney Toyota dealerships to talk to a salesperson and never received a returned phone call from either one. It was disappointing, but I had the best experience at Serra Toyota. More
