After booking my appointment that morning, I pulled in to the service department and was seen within 1 minute. The service was great. I waited in a nice large clean waiting area. The whole service process ( step by step ) was available online per app and i was able to follow progress. Mine was a simple routine service check but those around me who were expecting problems were given personal attention updating them on their issues/services, which made me feel good about my future services requiring possible attention. I have always bought vehicles from reputable dealerships and have never experienced or seen this level of care before. Awesome team Serra Toyota. More
