Ms Barnes, I have just sent the following response to January Taylor who emailed me. My question to you remains the same: Finally, after more than a month someone offers an apology, so thank you for that. However, as you stated the order was refunded on 5/2 more than a month after it was placed. Further, your parts department gave an estimated shipping timeline in writing but failed to adhere to it. No problem, as you said they must be overwhelmed. But, they stopped responding to inquiries and request to cancel the order while charging my card and telling me in writing that the order will be processed 2-4 days. Then even after a week I don't get any response. This is concerning. Finally, I take action and your employee Erick Fitzpatrick sends me a threatening email to "Tag" my order and calling me a fraud. UNACCEPTABLE! What have you done to correct Mr. Fitzpatrick's behavior? Is your dealership saying that such behavior is, okay? Your Toyota brand's mission says otherwise but practically this is what I have dealt with my first (and last) Toyota. Anyone cares to correct this?
