Lucas Fox was so amazingly helpful, and really made the process of buying my car easier for me. He did lots of work ahead of time without me even needing to be there, and found me the exact car I wanted. O process of buying my car easier for me. Once I actually came into the dealership, it only took a couple of hours until I was completely done and driving away in my brand new car! He made the process extremely effortless and made sure to explain everything to me. Most dealerships I’ve been to pressure me into getting a certain car or warranty, but Serra Toyota really catered to my exact needs. Larry “Coach” Paulin is the best! My husband and I were very impressed with his professionalism. He was not pushy at all. He had several cars ready for us when we arrived on the lot. Well I got there about 11:20, left at 3 :10 Pm, had oil change, and to see what that was hanging under the driver side, they fix something underneath the car, went to get my car when they was finished , an change, and to see what that was hanging under the driver side, they fix something underneath the car, went to get my car when they was finished , and I can see what I went in for was still hanging. Show it to him , he laid on his back and snap it back in place in 20 seconds, what the heck they repair something that I didn’t ask them to do. And while I was in the lounge no one never came out to say anything about my car, been going there for my service work for 12 to 13 years since I had my car, I never had this to happen before, I had to get up and ask and thats when he said my car will be ready in 15 minutes. WOW More
