All I wanted was to get out of that loan and into a better deal by any legal means neccessary. After repeated "no's" on refianacing and multiple "I'm sorry's" from dealerships, I was loosing hope even faster than my car was depreciating. The I met Sam, he was full of hope and optimism and he followed through with his word. He has a great smile and welcoming disposition. Kendrick took us for a test drive and was very knowledgeable about the car. Great Place to Buy a Car! Used Car Salesman Eric Ivie and the other staff at Serra Toyota were great to deal with! I went to the dealership just looking to drive a few cars and Used Car Salesman Eric Ivie and the other staff at Serra Toyota were great to deal with! I went to the dealership just looking to drive a few cars and see what kind I liked, but after Eric showed me several cars, I fell in love with a 2012 Camry SE Special Edition. Eric and the financing staff worked with me to get the price to where I wanted to keep my payment and was even able to put off my first payment for 45 days since I had a vacation coming up. I would definitely recommend Serra Toyota, and especially Eric Ivie to anyone in the market of buying a used vehicle. Thanks again! More
