This has been an ongoing issue that happened after bringing in my truck for service. I have been waiting for the part to fix this for weeks. Everyone was very kind and had answers to all my questions. I actually am Chris’ wife and was handling the car business for him because he is terminally ill, brain tumor, and unable to do it himself questions. I made an appointment for the oil change hoping it would take less time as I am his primary caregiver but learned quickly that it would still be a couple of hours.
