I went in the normal oil change & tire rotation and ended up trading my 2011 for a 2013 Tacoma. Could not pass up the best deal ever! I have been buying vehicles for about 50 years now and some of those purchase experiences have not always been a pleasant experience. I must say that I could not have asked for better treatment than I re some of those purchase experiences have not always been a pleasant experience. I must say that I could not have asked for better treatment than I received recently purchasing a new Tacoma at Serra of Decatur. I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted and did not want since I had visited another Toyota dealer. I was helped by Noah Morgan. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure to buy additional options, bigger engine, etc. I truly felt he was listening to me to try to get me into the vehicle I needed and wanted - not what he wanted for me. We were able to make a deal and then at other dealers when I have made a purchase, I would after been yesterday's news, but Noah kept me informed of what was taking place (car being detailed, finanacial office preparing paperwork, etc) and then introduced me to his manager and even took me to the service department to introduce me there. I just thought that was very special. He did his best to make me feel comfortable and want to come back. I will recommend Serra to my friends and I certainly would recommend they see Noah. Thank you. Will definitely recommend Serra Toyota! This is our third Camry, have had 2 Tundras and 1 Scion. We LOVE Toyota!! Our old Camry had 160,000 miles on it and never left us stranded. Noah Morgan was very knowledgable and listened to exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend him as your next salesperson! Normally we don't do surveys and recommendations but this was such a breathe of fresh air, we had to share! More

I have always had a great experience whenever I had to come Toyota for a service. The people are always friendly, from the owners to the employees. I was very pleased with my overall experience with this SUV purchase. I dreaded the whole process of look for a new car. I've looked online for months trying to find the right fit for the money I wanted to SUV purchase. I dreaded the whole process of look for a new car. I've looked online for months trying to find the right fit for the money I wanted to spend. "Nino" Bongiovanni wasn't the least bit pushy or aggressive as you expect sales people to be. I really appreciated that! I am a professional and don't like someone trying to pull something over on me or be deceitful in anyway. He listened to what I was looking for and literally the only SUV I looked at was the perfect fit. It even had some extra bells and whistles that I am LOVING already! It was a little more than I had hoped to spend but overall I feel I got what I was looking for. I had NO intention of purchasing that night but everything seemed right and John Bongiovanni offered a decent trade value for my car. I had already done the research before coming in to know what to expect. I didn't feel I was being taken advantage of with any part of the process. I feel like both of them were very honest with me. In spite of it being closing time on a Saturday night, they were able to make the deal happen. I very much look forward to doing business with this dealer in the future! Sadly, my wife fell in love with a car on their lot. The sales manager threw out a price on it. We went home and thought about it. When we got there, a different sales manager was completely resolute. There would be no negotiation. We left. My wife decided she really wanted the car and would pay the higher price. So, we returned and I talked to the sales manager and asked if he would at least put gas in the car. He agreed. Later, while waiting on them to get paperwork together, I asked about the gas. They said the person with access to the gas had left for the day. I asked if they could wash the car...left for the day. I had given them my debit card to run the down payment...the person who could do that left for the day. I would have walked out and stayed gone. My wife was determined to have the car. The sales manager didn't keep his bargain. He told us to come back for the gas...knowing we lived 45 minutes away. Never again. More
