They have found coupons I could use and brought my total bill down by so much I am extremely pleased. I got a new battery, an oil change, and 2 other filters and got a great deal on everything! Another body shop wanted to get my business and offered the part and service at lower price and warned me about dealership being pricey. However, Ralph and Steve gave me a better customer experience and worked with me in getting a great rate for a genuine Toyota radiator and made a loaner car available to me. They were very patient and understanding. In the end, I saved money with them, I have confidence about the auto part that was used and have peace of mind that my kids and I are driving a safe vehicle again. Thanks Ralph and Steve!
