Overall I was pleased. However, I had made an appointment for 8:30am but upon arrival I was told they "really didn't make appointments for routine service". It was 10am w However, I had made an appointment for 8:30am but upon arrival I was told they "really didn't make appointments for routine service". It was 10am when I go out of there. Also, the price of $92 for a simple oil change and tire rotation was ridiculous. I don't know if I'll use them again for routine service. More
