They reported to Carfax that they conducted a predelivery inspection and oil change on the on the pick up truck. NO!! it was a quart and half low on oil and had an old Motorcraft oil filter with a date on it, a four tire different amounts of air in them, none of the remaining fluids under the hood were checked either, all were needed to be topped off. Service department gets a zero. Finance department is the biggest scammers, while Serra states they have a satisfaction guarantee, that is far from the truth. I was forced to sign a "no cool down" clause in the contract, was told my pay-off on my trade was handled, that was a huge lie, and when tried to "return the vehicle" to cancel the deal, was told "too bad, too late".
