They failed to make an appointment for service to the hood latch, but did agree to pay. Lie about service. The shop guy told me that it had not been serviced. No one called me after a week of having the car. I had to go back to find out if an appt was made. I made the Appt with Irondale MB for 6/20/22. I was the 3rd person my brother brought to the dealership that had purchased a car and he was denied “Referral Fee”. I promised myself to make sure and not refer anyone else so they wouldn’t experience the same thing I had. No emergency key was inside key prob which cost me $87. Which your finance mgr told me it would be $500. That was a lie as well. I have heard of bad experiences in the past with Serra Centerpoint and wouldn’t buy a vehicle then. But after my brother was so pleased with his vehicle and those of his kids I thought, why not. Lesson learned. More
