I made an appointment for Friday March 18, 2022. My car was was brought in the evening before with my returning on the 18th to give the service department the key and a description of the issues. I My car was was brought in the evening before with my returning on the 18th to give the service department the key and a description of the issues. I was told that they would have to run a diagnostic before they could make the repairs. That afternoon I called to get an update on the status of my car, being told they had not gotten to it yet and to call back Monday for an update. I called 3 times on Monday, with my name and number being taken twice, I was never called back. I drove to the dealership that afternoon when I got off work, it was approximately 5:15, the door was locked tight even though the sign on the door says they are open to 6pm. I went inside and one of the salesmen found that the receptionist was still there. She could not give me an update except to say that my car still had not been looked at. I asked for the name of the manager, which she gave me. On Tuesday morning I called and asked for the manager by name, I was told that he was busy. I asked for the lady (not the same one from Monday) to go locate him and she insisted I give her my name and number and someone would call me back. I told her I had already done that twice and I was still waiting. I insisted that she find him, I told her they have had my car for 3 days and that I needed the work done so I could get my car back. She smarted off saying they were behind and that they had a car that has been there since October still waiting to be looked at. She finally got the manager. Once I the manager got on the phone I asked what was going on with my car. I was promptly given an attitude. He kept making excuses as to why they had not gotten to my car, further telling me they were behind and would not be able to get to my car for at least another week and 1/2. I asked what the point was of making an appointment if my car was going to have to sit for 2 weeks before someone even looks at it. He then smarted off at me saying "If you want to come get your car and take it somewhere else your welcome to. Not that ot matters because it's not under warranty anyway". After hanging up I called my warranty company and got the name of a few shops, made an appointment and picked up the key during lunch (March 22). I took the car to another shop after work, it is now 4:15 on March 23, the shop I took the car to just called me to pick it up. They were able to diagnose my car, call my warranty company to arrange for coverage and get the repair done in less than 8 hours. I will never return to Kia and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the horrible service I got. This is not ok. As a medical office manager if I made an appointment for a patient and made them wait 2 weeks to be seen I would be fired. I understand cars take more time to fix than a medical appointment, but an appointment means your time is reserved and that time should be used for you, not everyone else. If Serra Kia can't understand this concept then maybe they need someone who can running things. More
just need to get the oil changed and vehicles back on the road. 3 hours is to long to wait for your automobile. I don’t care about your covid excuses.. texaco express can get me out in under 10 minutes. If y road. 3 hours is to long to wait for your automobile. I don’t care about your covid excuses.. texaco express can get me out in under 10 minutes. If you can’t pay a decent wage and hire their people or after my warranty which is probably not worth a xxxx anyways to be honest.. I’m gone too. it’s nothing personal.. it’s just business or that’s what they tell me when I get bent. Dr. Joseph Scott Pattillo, D.Min. More

I was charged $315 for a battery for my Kia Rio. Extremely high price. My mistake for not asking for the price beforehand but I most likely will not be back Extremely high price. My mistake for not asking for the price beforehand but I most likely will not be back More
