I had to wait over 3 weeks for the first available appointment. When I brought my car in, they said they could no longer read the check engine notification. I had included all of the information tha appointment. When I brought my car in, they said they could no longer read the check engine notification. I had included all of the information that the reading showed, but they did not look into it. I was frustrated I had to wait so long and then got no answers. They were very nice, but I'm back to square one. More

I've been a kia customer for years until I was given one price for my trade and the price was shorted on the paperwork. No one went over the lowe rate with me and made it seem like I was getting the first price for my trade and the price was shorted on the paperwork.
